Creation: Assistance with creating and drafting CC&R for new communities.
Enforcement: Community inspections to identify rules and regulations violations, notification and resolution.
Amendments: Assist the board with recommendations for amendments as needed and process to do so.
Maintain HOA records: Create and implement a records retention policy for the association and maintain those documents either digitally or stored as per Board’s request.
Communicate: Ensure to communicate community rules and regulations to the association’s residents. Have documents readily available for review online through board and tenant portals.
